Return Policy

PET PRODUCTS: Please be aware that Thermotex Pet Products are not returnable for health and hygenic reasons.

 We realize that returning products can be a hassle. We attempt to make the job as pleasant as we can for you. It is important that you contact us to obtain a return authorization number and return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Thermotex Products are PERSONAL USE PRODUCTS and we ask that you consider this before ordering this product. If you use this product and return it, then we cannot re-sell it as it may have been in contact with your body etc. etc. The manufacturer requires that we do accept returns within the first thirty days and of course we honor the wishes of the manufacturer. Please consider this challenge for us before you order or open the product.

  • Return procedure:

    • We accept returns for most (not all) products within 30 days from the purchase date.

    • WARRANTY RETURNS: Products returned in warranty must be returned to the manufacturer, not Amjo Corp. Contact Amjo if necessary for details.

    • No returns accepted without prior authorization.

    • Once an RMA has been issued, you must return it within thirty days of the date you contact us.
      No return will be accepted beyond thirty days of the RMA date.

    • Many of the products we sell are shipped directly from our vendor's warehouse or factory directly to you. At our facility we have little or no test equipment or boxes for re-packing for resale to others.

    • It is mandatory that you contact us so that we can advise you where to ship a product you wish to return. Shipping to Amjo usually complicates the return as we in turn have to re-ship it to the factory or warehouse for evaluation. This action slows down the issuance of credit to you and increases the overall handling cost and risk of damage during shipment. Call us; We will let you know where to ship the return.

    • Products at this website are covered by the maker's warranty.

  • Most items (NOT ALL) can be returned to Amjo Corp within 30 Days of our ship date. In most cases a restocking fee of 15% will be applied.

  • No return will be accepted for credit unless it is in a 'like new condition' and is packed in its original packaging. Freight and handling charges will not be reimbursed.   • Smokers Take Note: Today many people will not tolerate the smell of smoke or even traces of the smell of smoke on any item. Smokers who return products must be aware that if we detect the smell of smoke on an item making it not refurbishable for re-sale then no credit will be issued.

  • Remember, it is your responsibility to re-pack the product properly, arrange for its return. You would be wise to insure the shipment so that in the event of loss or damage you are not out of pocket.
